If you are not a fan of plain water - here are a few ideas to flavour your water and stay hydrated at the same time
Strawberry water - chop strawberry into smaller chunks and mix them with water
Apple Water - you can add cinnamon sticks to give it that extra taste
Cucumber water
Mango water
Pinneaple and sugarcane water
NB: For great result of taste for these flavoured water give it a few minutes for the juices to mix well before consuming
