HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY 2016
To all the women in the world - Happy International Women's Day
On this day, I remember all the women going through marital issues, child bearing issues, depression, raising your children, condemned by the society, going through all kinds of ill-treatment just because you are a woman - GOD loves you
We celebrate you in your unique ways as God so much loved us and wanted us to share his creation of mankind and gave us nurturing abilities.
Whatever you are going through you are stronger than that and you will come through on the other side of this tunnel just trust in God and all will be well.
~PLEDGEFORPARITY~
Everyone - men and women - can pledge to take a concrete step to help achieve gender parity more quickly - whether to help women and girls achieve their ambitions, call for gender-balanced leadership, respect and value difference, develop more inclusive and flexible cultures or root out workplace bias. Each of us can be a leader within our own spheres of influence and commit to take pragmatic action to accelerate gender parity.

WORLD AIDS DAY 2015
World Aids Day is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died.
According to WHO, HIV continues to be a major global public health issue and has so far claimed more than 34 million lives.
Advances in medicine mean that contracting HIV no longer equals the certain death sentence it once suggested. However, the virus does still require careful management and life-long medication.
Failing to take the precautions necessary for preventing HIV infection can also leave people vulnerable to other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as chlamydia, herpes or gonorrhoea. Even if you have no symptoms, it’s important to get yourself tested if you think you might be at risk of infection.

FAMILY MEALS
Let us do a small survey, tell me when was the last time you had a family meal together with every member of the family present away from all the gadgets (mobile phones, Ipads, TV remotes etc etc) and hold a proper conversation like how was their day, what happened today, when will they get done with so and so project they are doing and send me an email about it at Mwanadada1006@gmail.com
The idea is to raise awareness of the value of family spending time together to strengthen the bond between them

YOUR CHOICE
There is an ancient saying that says, 'Nothing is good or bad. It is what we relate to it that makes it either'.
Maintain your perspective in crisis and remain calm
No matter what you do for a living embrace the winner mindset that will get you through life easily.
The doorway to success opens inward, not outward.
On a not so good day, maintain and guard your 'inner self'
If all fails, just remember tomorrow is another day
